Credivo CRM
Terms of Service
Last updated: 4 October 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Credivo CRM, including the web application, the mobile (installable) app, the customer document upload pages and related support (together, the "Service"), provided by Credivo CRM ("Credivo", "we", "us"). By creating an account, using the Service or paying for a plan, the business you represent ("Customer", "you") agrees to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Credivo CRM helps sales teams manage leads: one-tap calling through the user's own phone, after-call notes and statuses, follow-up reminders, a WhatsApp Business inbox (through Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform), customer document collection, an office-PC document bridge, automation, reports, backups and white-label branding. Features available to you depend on your plan. We may improve or change features over time; we will not materially reduce the core features of a paid plan during a paid period.
3. Accounts and users
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to bind your business.
- Your admin creates and manages user accounts for your team and is responsible for every action taken under your accounts.
- Keep passwords confidential, change the default admin password on first login, and tell us immediately about any unauthorised access.
- Each Customer gets its own installation (separate server and database) unless agreed otherwise.
4. Your data
- Ownership. Leads, contacts, chats, notes, documents and other information you or your customers put into the Service ("Customer Data") belong to you.
- Our role. For Customer Data you are the Data Fiduciary and we act as your Data Processor under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We process Customer Data only to provide, secure, support and back up the Service, and as described in our Privacy Policy.
- Your responsibilities. You confirm that you have a lawful basis and any required consent to collect and use Customer Data, including for calling and WhatsApp messages, and that you will honour requests from your customers to access, correct or delete their data.
- Documents. When the office-PC document bridge is used, customer documents are stored on your own computer, not on our servers. You are responsible for that computer's security and backups.
5. Acceptable use
You and your users must not use the Service to:
- send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or messages to people who have not agreed to hear from you;
- break the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Meta's terms, TRAI / DND telemarketing rules, or any other applicable law;
- store or share content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes someone else's rights;
- try to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Service or other customers' data;
- resell or sub-license the Service without our written permission.
We may suspend accounts that put the Service, other customers or the public at risk. Where possible we will warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
6. Third-party services
Some features depend on services we do not control, such as Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook and Instagram ads), your phone's dialer and SIM, browser push-notification services, and our hosting provider. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta's terms. Charges made by Meta for WhatsApp conversations or template messages are billed by Meta to your own Meta account and are not part of our fees. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions or charges by these third parties.
7. Fees and payment
- Plan prices are shown on our website or in your quote. Fees are charged in advance for the billing period (monthly or yearly).
- A one-time setup and training fee may apply, as stated in your quote.
- Applicable taxes (such as GST, where registered) are charged in addition to the fees when required by law.
- If payment is overdue by more than 7 days we may suspend the Service after notice. Your data is kept safe during suspension.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; new prices apply from your next billing period.
- Cancellations and refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and secure, monitor it, and take daily backups. Planned maintenance is done outside business hours where possible. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Support is provided on WhatsApp during business hours (Monday to Saturday, 10am to 7pm IST).
9. Termination and your data
- You can stop using the Service at any time as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
- We may terminate these Terms if you materially breach them and do not fix the breach within 15 days of notice, or immediately for serious misuse under section 5.
- After the Service ends, you can download a full export of your data (CSV and a complete database backup) for 30 days. After that we permanently delete Customer Data from our servers and server backups, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
10. Intellectual property
The software, design and content of the Service belong to Credivo. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business during your subscription. White-label branding lets you show your own name and logo; it does not transfer ownership of the software. You keep all rights in your logo and Customer Data. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.
11. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only for the purpose of these Terms, except where disclosure is required by law.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business or lost leads. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
13. Indemnity
You will compensate us for claims, penalties and costs arising from Customer Data you upload, messages or calls you or your users make, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes we will tell admins at least 15 days in advance (in the app or on WhatsApp). Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion. If that fails, the courts having jurisdiction over our principal place of business in India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
